All right to start you need duct tape, scissors, and a pencil.1. start by cutting 21 pieces of tape about 2 and 1/2 inches give or take.
2. then fold down the right or left side, so you get kind of a triangle with a little bit left at the end. Then fold the side down one more time and stick it onto the pencil.
3. keep doing that and try getting it even until you run out. And there you go you have your rose.
